How to get to the meeting 

To the conference site

AlbaNova University Center is located close to the city center. The visiting address is Roslagstullsbacken 21, Stockholm. There several options to get to Albanova by public transport (, the most convenient ones are subway to Tekniska Högskolan or by bus 61 (bus stop Ruddammen). Single bus and subway tickets cost 36 SEK for trips within the Stockholm city limits. For those planning on using the busses, trains, trams, or metro in the Stockholm area, a 7-day pass is available for 300 SEK and a 72-hour pass for 230 SEK. Both give unlimited access to all of these forms of transportation.

From the airport to the city center

There are several options to reach the city center from Arlanda airport.

By bus: Flygbussarna ( Takes approximately 45 minutes and costs 119 SEK (99 SEK if purchased online or in their smartphone app).

By fast train: Arlanda Express ( Takes approximately 20 minutes and costs 280 SEK.

By commuter train: SL ( Takes approximately 40 minutes and costs 72 SEK for a single ticket + 85 SEK for an airport surcharge. For those planning on using the busses, trains, trams, or subway in the Stockholm area, a 7-day pass is available for 300 SEK and a 72-hour pass for 230 SEK. Both give unlimited access to all of these forms of transportation.

By taxi: Takes approximately 30 min and should cost around 500-600 SEK (fixed price).  Note that there are some unserious taxi companies charging over-prices. We therefore strongly recommend that you agree on a price with the taxi driver before leaving Arlanda. Recommended taxi companies: Taxi Stockholm, TaxiKurir, Taxi020.
